I got to watch 7 Supermods and 8 Outlaws on Sunday.  It is a real treat to watch these machines. Well worth the car ride.

Well does anyone run a 6" in rear with sucsess? im goin w/ 8" on my twin build, but was wondering if the 6 would hold enough traction 4 a built single?

i run 6in rears and they hook up just fine, and if you look at alot of mini sportsmans they run 6in rears i dont see alot of them fighting for traction, but i do see alot of pictures with them pullin the front wheels off of a corner

A mini is not a Super Modified. The 6 inch wheels will do well for mild twins even ok for more... BUt when it gets real serious I am not 100% convinced yet. I am running them on my Super Sportsman. And so far love em. And it will be different tracks willlike em better than others like anything else. Anything can be made to hook IF ya know how...

Traction 101:
1: Install tires on rims, any tire, doesn't matter.
2: Air up to approximately past flat.
3: Install one George (that's the secret ingredient)
