I would say your best bet would be to take the lime green #30 to the next level...

But given a choice of the other mowers shown... I'd go with the burnt MTD frame and try to fit a smaller hood on it like maybe the blue Bolens hood..

I am interested in that Yellow Rear engine mowchine thiough... Is that an "articulating" drive (does it twist in the center..???)

When you pick one and get started on it start a new thread in the Build Up forum...showing progress...

But just for discussion sake and multiple choice..I'm moving this to the Chassis section....

Got to agree that yellow one is way cool! Looks like a prime candidate for the Tyjrin Monster Mower syndrome! :shock:

squidd if you want the yellow tractor it,s a bolen and it twist in the mittle ways about 150 pound if you need it pick up only...... if your down in canada new brunswick comme and see me ...is the tractor tranny good for racing it,s got a pulley on the side and made of big cast ,4bolts ,hubs about 1'' of shaf thanks

is the tranny good for a racer is 3 speed double pulley on side around 5'' big go see for part no toomorow and will go with the mtd boddy and putt the bolen hood in front start to streep it toomorow night thanks squidd

I don't know about you Squidd, but I'm thinking about a 14 - 15 inch set of grips like ty's running on Goliath, and a set of chains, and you could drag your fish house anywhere you wanted on the lake!

really depends on engine and class you want to run. I am a MTD man. But yet the roper is a very light and good chassis too. I have a racer here that has made a fx out of one. Nice ride.

goerge this is to race at my brother dirt tract just for the fan can see what a tractor can do and is a 11hp briggs there no racing down home just have fun
