What exactly do the internals in the cam do?(the 2 ball bearings) Some how the one ball fell outta of the cam.

The balls that are in the lobes are to release the compression so it is easier to start the engine

I thought it might have had something to do with it being pressure lubed. So I can remove all the internals?
