Thanks last night i removed the motor, deck, belts, seat, electrical everything and then took the pulleys off the shaft of the motor. Tonight I can work on it longer because I don't have work on Saturday and Sunday so I plan on scraping off years of dirt and grime from the frame and wash it so I don't get covered in crud every time I lean on it. I also plan on taking apart the motor and getting all of the carbon off, do the seals on these things have to be replaced every time you take them apart or just when they are completely worn and or leaky? When I scrubbed the motor down with gas and a brush the other day I haven't noticed any leaking oil. I think for the time being I'm at a stand still other then cleaning and tightening I want to take out off the transmission this weekend so I can identify it and get a pulley for it or start planing a replacement in the mean time the frame feels solid but I read about strengthening and reinforcing all over the forum is there any particular thing i need to concentrate on?
