11 horse 25 cube questions

is the 25 cubic inch briggs a good choice to start out with? does it have any known weaknesses? can i just disconnect the governor from outside the block and run it like that? What have all you guys done? I need some info thanks

if you have a 25ci use it port the intake  and exhaust i ran one this past season i started with a 22ci till it wore out aluminun cyl then ran a 25 ran great
