When installing the caps is there a wrong way and a right way to put them on?(orientation) Whats the right way

yeah there is a wrong way install theres a mark on the rod and the cap you line up.

theres an relief area it must face the cam you can tell that way too it will be like a flat spot on the rod and the cap.
