LMAO!  I haven't heard many but have heard a few.  My favorite one has to be:

I would have beat you if I wouldn't have missed a gear!

There is an 18 yo kid that races with us and every week he would say to me:  Don't beat me again!  My mom laughs at me every time you do and teases me cuz I got beat by a GIRL!

ROFL!

It used to really bug me to hear "I can't believe you got beat by a girl" but now I find it funny, cuz I know there is gonna be an excuse, and maybe one I haven't heard yet...actually they treat me like one of the guy's which is great, and yeah at Morris when Rocky said I was a female racer I could of crawled in a big hole,I'm not racing for attention .I do it cuz I love it,but on the flip side, girl's watching need to know that we can run with the boy's,and kick some butt doing it!!!!

I was terrified the first night I raced.  I kept telling DH I couldn't do it cuz I was the only girl out there and and I'm gonna get stomped by all you boys!  But, the other racers are fantastic, treat me good and the fans LOVE seeing a woman out there.  The week they did driver intros, I couldn't hear cuz I had my helmet on but was told that the entire crowd cheered and applauded when they intro'd me!

I race for the sheer thrill of the sport and its something DH and I can do together, quite the learning experience in a marriage! lol.

Great to have you join us Geri!  :D

And, I'll let them know every time I announce, just because the gals need to know they can do it as well.

Besides Dennis thought it was pretty cool that I pointed that little matter out and the crowd went wild for you! I could tell by the way he was smiling from ear to ear when I did it and they went wild, and the little thanks I got from him before he took the Microphone!

Now see if you make that race at Prentice septemberrein... I'm sure Geri will be there... and you two could get together and share a few laughs, compare notes on your Mowchines from a female perspective, and talk about all these nifty ideas we got for the Ladies section!  :D
