tillotson HL 348C Carburetor

Just wondering if this carburetor will work on the ohv single 28 cid. I was digging out some of my old kart stuff and ran into this carb.  I was running alcohol with this carb at 7,300 rpm. HR348C-619 just an idea

It may work but according to rules you could only run it in the Pro-X or F/X class to be legal about it.
