What's the most economical way of adding brakes to a transaxle without using the origional transaxle disc setup?

Somewhere around here there is a thread complete with pictures of a disc brake system added to a transaxle. I'd try and find it for you but this server we're on is again swamped at noon hour, and page changes are taking 20 - 30 seconds on my screamin DSL connection!

Well, I think I've already seen a few threads with brake set-ups.  I guess what I'm asking, is if there's some bolt-on type brakes I can just buy.  I don't have a whole machine shop at my disposal to turn brake drums and stuff...

Actually the one I was referring to was a disk brake set up, very sweet too. Thread ran quite a while back though. I'll see if I can find it.
