I was starting a new build for the BP class and just wondering what everyone is running for axles? Where can I get some?
Thanks

I was wondering the same, for AP. But I would like a 3/4" shaft so I dont have to buy new bearings and hubs.

I bought my 3/4 axle from Enco. Its a water hardened drill rod and then I took it to the machine shop and had the keyway's cut.But if your looking for precut axles I havent found them in 3/4.The 1 and 1 1/4 axles I get from http://www.bmikarts.com. They have everything you might need.

Hope this helps

Well if ya gonna build a BP the do it with the best parts the first time and you won't be having issues down the road. i-1/4 axles and bearings, parts are more easily found and for a BP you really need the bigger parts .

I personally havn't seen an aluminum axle last more than 3 races on a fast BP without bending.
