Shops for B&S opposed

What shops are you guys using for cams, cranks, pistons and the like for your opposed? I can't seem to find any shops that list parts for them. Everything is vtwin or OHV. Thanks in advance.

If I'm not mistaking I think Don at G-Team custom grinds cams for the opposed but you must send in your stock cam.

He also made a DVD on how to make them run and what parts to use!! http://www.g-team.us/ as far as crank and pistons you will find all that on the DVD

There really isnt a lot you can do to them right now. Cam, Flywheel, a good port and polish and a valve job is all I have done and that brings this engine to life.

There currently no aftermarket parts for the opposed, or anything being Marketed as for the opposed.
Some folks are promising parts but haven't delivered anything yet, but I am sure ARC will have stuff available soon.
Oh and Yes DonG and Precision both offer cams.

Know a lot of guys will be happy ta see the arc wheel!! ;) but just as many would like to see better rods for them oppposed!!! wander what one would do with billet rods in it and right cam!!

That too is sooner than you think. With ARC Flywheel (8lbs) and ARc rods and Precision cam this will be a something that can finally be built to run if you like flat heads.

Even though these parts will make em easier to build, there is a guy that runs with us in AMRA that can make them scream. you would be amazed. I haven't a clue as to what he does but I think he uses chevrolet pistons and toyota rods.

I think it's the other way around. He uses a toyota piston and now has custom made rods. I'm not real sure what kind of rpm he gets out of it, but it's alot more than a stock one can stand. He's broke a few cranks though. You still can't turn em like a v twin.
