Craftsman II 12hp Tecumseh (mudding mower)
« on: June 08, 2009, 05:22:15 pm »
Alright, I got my first tractor that will be worth it to make it into a racer.
Its a 1990 (I think) Craftsman II. Unfourtinetly I thought it would have a briggs engine but its a tecumseh. Oh well. I got it for free.
My Plans:
Strate (spelling) Pipe
Foot or Hand Throttle
Cheap Knobby Rear (atv?) Tires
And a pully swap
and depending on leftover cash, paint er up!

So could somebody help me where to go with this project. First I have to figure out a electrical problem. So far I got the hood and one wheel off. I am 14 and very mechanical. How do you post up a picture. Thanks

your gonna want to worry about the brakes too. I didnt see that is your list of items to change.
If mowers are a habit then I need an intervention
