Changing MTD hood style:

I have a 1997 MTD for a BP build. The model number is 699 with a style "9" hood. I would like to know if this could be replaced with another style hood from the model numbers of 690 to 699.

You can swap around any of the walk thru type hoods what you may get into is you may wind up having to swap all the front sheet metal for it to bolt and match properly
