Which class are you looking to run...?

In "Imow", the rear axel remains in the stock location and the front can
be lowered when you redo the axle to a "minimum" of 8", but you'll want
to keep the tractor at a more "level" ride height...

In "Prepared" the minimum is is 4" from botom of frame to ground...

Lower the front by building a new front axle. Be sure to figure your tier diameter into your design to get the ride height you are looking for. The rear depends on what trans you are going to use. if staying with a transaxle you will have to build new mounts higher up on the frame and use a jackshaft and two belts. If you go with a transmission you will build bearing mounts into the frame to run a live axle through and then chain drive from the trans.
